WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

For NZ standard shipping, please allow 3-5 business days for fulfillment and 5-7 business days for delivery.

For NZ express shipping please allow 1-2 business days for fulfillment and 2-3 business days for delivery.

Weekends and holidays are excluded from processing and shipping times, so please account for non-business days when choosing your shipping method. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has been shipped.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order has shipped, you will be emailed a tracking number. Tracking will be available the day after your order is shipped out. We ship all of our products using NZPost. You can visit NZPost and enter the tracking number we provided and track your order.

I ENTERED THE WRONG ADDRESS

If you have entered the wrong address, we are unable to change the address for you if it has already been processed. KÕLAB Prints is not responsible for packages that are not delivered when you have entered the incorrect address. If you have entered the wrong address, we recommend contacting your local post office before the item is delivered. They can either hold your package for you, or forward the package to the correct address. Please be attentive when checking out and make sure your address is correct!

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

We understand that sometimes customers wish to cancel their order. Due to our commitment to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, we can only cancel orders up to 1 hour after they have been placed. To request an order cancellation, please email kolabprintsteam@gmail.com as soon as possible.

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must address this with your local post office. KÕLAB Prints does not hold responsibility for packages that state to be delivered. We do not issue a refund for packages that state being delivered.

Please be advised that shipping fees are non-refundable. 

Any discounts that were applied with a minimum purchase requirement may not be applicable after a removal of product(s) in an order. For discounts that are applicable on second/subsequent item, the discount will be revoked on partial return of the order, and the unreturned item will be charged in original price.
